A. L. Crego

Digital artist A.L Crego walks comfortably in the midpoint between the stillness of the picture and the continuous but condemned to an end frames of the film. This self- thought digital artisan, creates mostly impressive loops to directly represent his very own mental images generating an hypnotic visual mantra. Crego, who uncovered his passion for this artform after recognising how the moving images made people think faster and more accessibly than other forms of art, creates images with a sort of sci-fi classical aesthetic that seem to be speaking for themselves in a way that often feels like they're images culled directly from his own subconscious. Tied to the creation of loops—rather than any specific software or hardware he can get his hands on to make them—it comes down to people, books, quotes he writes, poetry, sociology, psychology and more for his inspiration. Now something of a heavy-hitter when it comes to the GIF making industry, Crego has been approached by various DJs, artists, and agencies who are all interested in getting their own personal work made. In his way of taking out gif format from the web he is spreading his pieces through projectors, digital canvases, cinemas and Augmented Reality apps, playing with the new born “digital public space” and making questions about the concept of museums, art and even reality. The impact of his work on blockchain has been significant, not only for its ability to create collectible works but also for its participation in debates about the future of intellectual property and the value of digital works in a decentralized context. For Crego, gif and loop format is not only a way of creating and watching art but a new way of thinking.

Jason Hopkins (aka abhominal) is a traditionally trained artist based in London, UK. His art practice has focussed upon digital techniques since the early 2000s. Adopting 3D software to create surreal, bio-geometric, semi-figurative abstractions, abhominal emerged as a weblog in 2006 – exploring concepts of genetic engineering and the potential implications of science and technology on the human species as we journey towards a posthuman future. Computer algorithms became a key tool in creating these reconfigurations of the human form, and AI image generation was a logical digital medium to explore and develop these concepts further. It is perhaps ironic that AI may challenge our understanding of what it means to be human more profoundly in a single decade than genetic engineering has over several. abhominal (ab “away from” + hominis “man”) encapsulates a narrative about the future of our species and the entropy of the human condition.

Alian More

Alian More is a photographer, performer, and visual artist from Bishkek, Central Asia. Her journey began with self-portrait photography and painting, gradually evolving into a professional career in fashion photography. With a background in makeup artistry and an eye for composition, light, and color, she has collaborated with designers, models, and stylists to create striking visual narratives. In 2022, her work was featured in European digital magazines, marking a turning point in her career. By 2023, she had conducted her first masterclass, explored video performance, and returned to drawing after a long break. Her commercial photography is now displayed on banners across Kyrgyzstan and neighboring countries, solidifying her impact in the industry. Constantly exploring new artistic dimensions, Alian More continues to push creative boundaries in visual storytelling.

Danielle King

Danielle King

Danielle King is an artist, writer, and curator based in Western Massachusetts. She studied studio art and art history at Harvard University, working primarily in photography, film, and mixed media. Her recent work utilizes AI technologies to create alternative art histories, explore memory and the duality of self, and investigate capitalist and art historical ideals of beauty, femininity, and motherhood. After receiving her MBA from the Yale School of Management, she spent eight years managing the Department of Painting and Sculpture at the Museum of Modern Art in New York. She is currently the CFO & COO of ClubNFT and Right Click Save. Danielle is a member of the MAIF artist collective, an alumna of the VerticalCrypto Art Residency, and an Adjunct Lecturer at the Center of Creative Computation at SMU and Williams College. She is also a mother of two.

Demon Ego

Demon Ego is a multidisciplinary artist, demonic expressionist, and graphic designer. He holds a master’s degree in graphic design and has worked as a research assistant, focusing on demons, monsters, and mythological creatures in art and design. Demon defines himself as a multimedia artist, refusing to be confined to a single field or medium, and instead embraces diverse methods and tools to tell his stories. His journey into art began with childhood nightmares sparked by watching horror films. These films not only inspired his creative endeavors but also instilled a lifelong fascination with fear, the surreal, and the grotesque. His early works served as a way to confront those fears and transform them into something tangible. Over time, this foundation evolved into a distinctive artistic style, influenced by horror movies, Japanese and Greek mythology, comics, video games, psychology, philosophy, anime, and manga.

Born in 1985, EryThRiC began his creative journey in the world of cinema. He earned an Honours Bachelor’s degree in Cinema Arts in 2010 and later pursued advanced studies in film language at the London Film Academy. With over 18 years of experience in animation, he is a seasoned visual storyteller. EryThRiC is the founder of The Dark Cyberpunk Collective, where he merges digital art and film to explore speculative futures. His work delves into the shadowy intersections of technology and humanity, crafting poetic cinematic narratives that warn, question, and inspire. Drawing from science fiction, cyberpunk aesthetics, and the atmospheric style of film noir, EryThRiC has created the Dark Cyberpunk Universe—a visionary realm of haunting beauty and futuristic introspection.

Ferdoropeza

Daniel Oropeza (Venezuela, 1991). He works in the artistic fields of music and visuals. He embraces transdisciplinarity and technology in the generation of contemporary audiovisual practices. His work spans live coding, generative art, glitch art, and sound art. He won first place in the First International Composition Competition of the Cayambis Institute of Latin American Studies in Music (CILASiM) for his work "Six Popular Pieces" for Wind Quintet, and more recently, first place in the Roque Cordero Composition Competition in the solo category for his work "Retracción del presente," for solo flute without accompaniment. His visual work has been exhibited and presented in various countries, including Canada, Mexico, the United States, the Czech Republic, and Panama.

Francien Krieg is a Dutch painter and AI artist who has made a name for herself by painting older naked women. Her artwork is recognized for its unique celebration of the female form, particularly those of older women, and for challenging traditional beauty standards. Krieg's work often portrays women in their natural state, without the artificial enhancements commonly found in the media. Gary Edward Blum

Gary Edward Blum was born in Montara, California, a coastal town 30 minutes south of San Francisco. For the better part of two decades, he has explored duality and dependent opposition through his paintings and, more recently, photography. The grandson of both Italian and Swiss immigrants, Blum grew up surrounded by stories of exploration and independence. In 2000, he traveled to India, where he was introduced to Eastern philosophy and religion. Upon returning, he began incorporating themes of dependent opposition and meditation into his work—elements that remain evident today. Blum earned his M.F.A. from the University of California, Berkeley, and a B.A. in Graphic Design from California State University, Chico. More recently, he was an affiliate artist at Headlands Center for the Arts from 2015 to 2017. His work has been exhibited across the United States and is part of the permanent collections of the Crocker Art Museum and the Monterey Museum of Art. He has also been featured in publications such as the Los Angeles Times, San Francisco Chronicle, and Art in America.

Jakestudyos grew up in the densely populated corridors of Manggahan, Pasig in the Philippines – a country in that a vibrant, yet often overlooked, scene full of creativity thrives, a testament to the resilience and artistic fervor of its inhabitants. It is here that we find Jakestudyos, an artist who has navigated through a tumultuous journey, one marked by personal challenges and a relentless pursuit of artistic expression. From his earliest memories, Jakestudyos was drawn to the world of art. His childhood was steeped in the colors and forms of street art, a medium that served not just as a backdrop to his everyday life but as a source of inspiration. His journey into art wasn’t a straightforward path; rather, it was a path marked by familial expectations and personal struggles. Urged by his family to pursue architecture, he found himself at a crossroads between societal expectations and his own artistic inclinations. However, the pivotal moment in Jakestudyos’ journey came with the diagnosis of dysthymia in November 2020. It was a time of introspection and healing, where art became not just a form of expression but a sanctuary. His art, deeply rooted in the aesthetics of street art and the hand-painted billboards of his youth, began to take on new dimensions. It became a voice for his struggles, a canvas for his resilience. The essence of Jakestudyos’ art lies in its authenticity and its capacity to mirror the human experience. His works are a reminder of the power of art to heal, to connect, and to transform. His visual language is an amalgamation of color, form, and cultural narrative that speaks to the soul of the Filipino streets – alive with energy and a testimony to the resilience of the human spirit. The figures in his work, often portrayed with disproportionate, cartoonish bodies, are emblematic of a society steeped in technology- hybrids of human experience and the digital personas we adopt.

With a background in architecture and a multi-disciplinary education, his work demonstrates a unique understanding of structure, space, and composition, while maintaining deep emotional resonance. Bridging traditional and digital realms, he transforms self-taught painting techniques into contemporary digital artifacts using layered, computer-generated structures. His current work examines the intersection of data, anonymity, and power, creating what he calls "digital thumbprints"—unique digital interpretations that preserve and reinterpret the essence of each portrait subject. By merging analog and digital art practices, his work opens new possibilities for artistic expression in an increasingly digitized world.
